		<description>It would be nice if everyone used an up to date browser, but alas it is not the case.  I just finished a book on XHTML and CSS and every third page contained a note about how Internet Explorer did not render a particular markup well and how to work around that.

It just goes to show that if you build a better mouse trap, the majority of people will still keep using the old mouse trap just because they don't want to learn how to use the new one.</description>
