Where’s The Love?

I just updated to WordPress 2.1. Most of the update seems to have gone well, but suddenly all of my sidebar links to other biblioblogs are gone. WordPress seems to have updated the syntax for the PHP command to get_links, but as far as I can tell they have not yet updated their documentation. I apologize to my fellow bibliobloggers for not sending readers their way. I promise to get it fixed as soon as I figure out how?

The question is, were you using sidebar widgets to show the links? If so, be sure that the plug in you use is update and activated. If not…how were you doing it? My update went fine, but I had turned off the plug ins (per their instructions) and it all disapeared until I turned that back on.

I was using their standard PHP command instead of widgets. I never have taken the time to widgetize my theme. The rest of the update went well, so I am surprised that this didn’t.
